The Burgers

Every burger is a thick patty grilled over live fire, on a Hokkaido milk bun baked that morning.

Molten Centres

Loaded Fries

Loaded, not shy. Four ways, two of them vegetarian.

The Wings

Over the fire, or lacquered in glaze. Three ways, all chicken.
